Definitions:

Bitar: A platform that acts as an intermediary between the veterinary service provider (veterinarian) and the user (breeder) to offer veterinary consultation services.

Service Provider: Refers to the veterinary doctor providing veterinary consultation services.

User: The breeder receiving veterinary services through Bitar.

Terms and Conditions:

These terms constitute a binding agreement between the veterinary service provider (veterinarian) and Bitar.

Bitar aims to provide veterinary services to breeders, acting as an intermediary between the parties (doctors and breeders), with the veterinarian bearing full responsibility for diagnosis. Bitar assumes no responsibility for any errors made by either party.

The veterinarian must provide Bitar with a university degree and a professional practice certificate if required, and the veterinarian is fully responsible for the accuracy of their data.

Good conduct is mandatory when interacting with the user (breeder) while providing the service.

Bitar has the right to suspend a doctor’s membership in case of:

Engaging with the breeder outside the application by sharing mobile numbers or social media accounts.

Failure to respond to the application’s management.

Providing inaccurate data.

 Not responding to the user (breeder) after completing the payment process.

Bitar receives 25% of the consultation fee, and it has the right to change the percentage.

If a doctor’s rating falls below 2.5 after more than 20 reviews, Bitar will follow up with the doctor to improve quality. If there is no response, Bitar has the right to suspend the doctor’s membership.

Users are prohibited from allowing anyone to use their account for consultation or any application services, and they bear responsibility for any misuse.

Bitar collects the service (consultation) fee on behalf of the doctor, transferring the doctor’s earnings to their account between the 20th and 23rd of each month, based on working days.

Taxes (if applicable) are collected by Bitar by adding them to the consultation fee.

Bitar has the right to provide necessary information to relevant authorities in case of complaints against any party.

All intellectual property rights for these services and related materials within the application belong to Bitar Foundation, whether registered or unregistered in the application.

In case of disputes and complaints, the claimant bears lawyer fees, and the trial should take place in Buraydah court.

Bitar has the right to change the terms and conditions if desired.

In case of discrepancies in wording between the Arabic language and other languages, the Arabic language prevails.

Registration is considered consent to the above terms and conditions.
